Who we are

Brain Changer Pty Ltd (ABN 67 617 037 886) trading as BOOST Health Labs (“BOOST Health Labs”, “BHL”, “we” or “us”) is a platform for delivering evidence-based treatment for chronic pain. The platform supports delivery of best-practice care, based on pain science. Our digital pain recovery system is delivered via online pain coaching, and our app, flip* (“the App”). At present, the BOOST Health Labs platform delivers two streams of online pain recovery coaching: the BOOST Recovery Program; and flip* It. Our coaching programs are standardised and delivered via secure video conferencing by trained allied health professionals (“Pain Coaches”). The BOOST Health Labs Platform has been designed to allow clients to access their coaching sessions and utilise our recovery tools in their home environment, place of work or location of choice.

Our system guides clients through learning and practicing the daily activities needed for recovery from chronic pain, helping clients put key concepts from pain neuroscience into practice. This methodology is supported by research showing the cause of musculoskeletal chronic pain is nervous system maladaptation rather than unchangeable tissue injury.

Daily use of the BHL digital pain recovery system creates a unique data set for each client that allows tracking of adaptive changes to the nervous system. This progress data is used by our Pain Coaches to tailor the program to the individual.
